Q: How do I know Quality Muncher is safe?

A: Quality Muncher is completely open source, so you can check the code any time you want to. The Batch version can also be edited at any time by any text editor.


Q: How do you install Quality Muncher (batch) manually?

A: You'll first need FFmpeg. Click here for a tutorial. After that, use the manual download button from the home page of this site, and type shell:sendto, and press enter. Drag Quality Muncher into that folder. Next, find the file you want to use, right-click it, then hover over "Send to" and click "Quality Muncher.bat" and follow the prompts it gives you.


Q: How do you use Quality Muncher (batch)?

A: Once installed, find the file you want to use, right-click it, hover over "Send to", then click "Quality Muncher.bat" and follow the prompts it gives you.


Q: How do you use Quality Muncher (go)?

A: Once installed, open a command prompt and first enter the path of the qm-go executable (or just qm-go if it's an environment variable). Next, type -h and then press enter. You'll be give a list of commands you can use with it, like qm-go -i input.mp4 --scale 0.75 -z 1.25 --fps 5 --output output.mp4. There's a list on the GitHub.
